This is for the NUCA student mag Storehouse, the theme was secrets. It's also a sort of a self portrait. Matthew Richardson (the multi award winning illustrator) came to talk to us at uni today, he really liked it :)

Pressing Times
I pressed these flowers in the summer, from my ma's garden. They have given me inspiration for the Alice in Wonderland project im working on :)

Travelling Woman
I really like this, i want to continue making pieces like this and maybe turn it into some sort of story or book.

I bought a bodacious watercolour set the other day and here's what i've done so far....As you can see i havn't done any textile based work for a while, although i do really love using fabric and stitch i don't want to be a one trick pony so im experimenting with different medias for now.
